Soccermom acts as a placement agent for only the highest level of responsible, reliable and friendly drivers, referred to as ‘Soccermoms’. The safety of our children is of utmost importance to us and our Soccermoms take every step necessary to ensure this.

How to become a Soccermom

• Love children, be punctual, responsible and friendly with your own reliable car and a valid South African driver’s licence for at least 1 year.
  
  
• Should you wish to work as a Soccermom, click on "Become a Driver" on our website.
  
  
• Once your application form has been received and you match all criteria, you will be invited to an interview by your relevant Soccermom branch.
  
  
• You will need to bring the following items to the interview in order to be considered, so start to get them ready:

- Certified copy of your drivers licence (minimum 1 year)

- A reference letter with a valid reference contact provided

- A road worthy certificate OR if your car is less than 5 years old, date of purchase and full service history from date of purchase

- Proof of standard insurance on your vehicle

- A small registration fee is charged to ensure the application of only serious candidates. Please do not apply if you can not meet all the criteria listed above.

Should your interview be successful you will be presented with possible job opportunities in your area. Be thorough when choosing the right job to commit to. You will then be introduced to your potential family for final interview. We will guide you through the entire process and provide you with a service agreement to sign with your family.

Soccermom at no stage takes any of your earnings and you are paid directly by your family into your bank account. For information on rates, click on "Become a Driver"
