It starts with our custom driver verification process and continues throughout: real-time notifications with pick-up and drop-off, in-app tracking by parents and our support team to monitor every ride, ongoing training to our Socermom drivers, and always-on emergency response teams for both the passengers and drivers.Â
WHILE IN SERVICE
Dedicated collection points
Soccermom Drivers have designated collection points at schools where your child can safely wait if she's never met the driver before (as in the case of ad-hoc requests). Call us to request a point at your school.
Constant tracking
Our support team monitors every ride in real-time, and drivers are equipped with emergency buttons connecting them to emergency roadside response teams at all times.
You select the driver
You have the final say on your driver: review the profiles of all candidates applied before selecting the one best suited to your family. Premium clients can also request interviews with candidates.Â
Safe hand-over
Your Soccermom Driver will always ensure that kids are picked up and dropped off according to you instructions, including collection from class or walking them in and handing them over to their instructor.Â
